Selection Process
Participation in the Startup Expo is strictly based on selection. As only 20 stalls are available, applications are carefully reviewed.
Application
Startups must apply in advance through the official registration process. Walk-ins are not accepted.
Committee Review
Applications will be reviewed by a dedicated selection committee for quality and relevance.
Innovation Depth
Selection evaluates the depth of innovation, uniqueness of the solution, and technical sophistication.
Problem Relevance
How well the startup addresses a real-world problem with clear market or social impact.
Solution Clarity
The clarity and coherence of the proposed solution, including feasibility and scalability.
Demo Readiness
Readiness for demonstration — ability to showcase working products, prototypes, or meaningful demos.

Participation in the Startup Expo does not guarantee funding, incubation, or selection for The Pitch Floor.
Rules & Conduct
Only selected startups will be allotted stalls.
Stall sharing between startups is not permitted.
Startups must bring their own demo materials and branding.
Loud audio, aggressive promotion, or sales activity is not allowed.
Professional conduct must be maintained at all times.
Organizer decisions regarding stall allocation and management are final.
